Everyone wants a new physique but the question is how?


Most of the questions that I get on a daily basis is what should I eat and how should I train.

On the training end believe it or not training can be done in so many different ways to meet so many different goals or needs. A fitness competitor trains for esthetics (looks) unlike an MMA fighter trains for power, strength and endurance. Most females and some males want to be toned not too much muscle so body weight training with cardio is plenty to get desired results. Body weight training will provide enough muscle to burn fat, as muscle is needed.
To say the least you can build a great physique at a gym, a park even at home. The key to making it a reality is DISCIPLINE!

New direction for 2012.

After much deliberation, consulting and debating on what is the next best step to maximize my chances at getting that IFBB Men’s Physique pro card we decided to cancel the next two shows we had scheduled for 2012 get back to the gym and fix areas of my physique before stepping on stage again which we project July 2013 in Pittsburgh for the Masters.

Effective Cardio for Burning FAT

Everyday you see people at the gym training there butts off on those cardio machines. And for the most part you see no change.

What is true effective cardio? Honestly less is more. Most think hard, hard cardio is the answer and its not. To have effective fat burning your cardio should be a slow consistent pace.

My journey from 265lbs to a fitness show in 1 year at 39 years old.


How did this get all started? Well I have been working out since I was in the 6th grade. Always wanted to be big because that’s what I was interested in. But as I got older I realized that the only people you impress being big and strong is other guys at the gym. Females, honestly like the lean muscluar guys. Even though I knew that I couldn’t discipline myself to stay on track or even know what to eat. I messed around growing and dieting but never anything that lasted.
